Aplication procedure

We will be sending you an application form by Fax or email. Please return the filled out application form with necessary document below. We regard it as an official aplication on its arrival.

* We have a screening on your application to proceed, however you might occasionally be disqualified after that.

for private contract

  1. 1You are required to submit a copy of ID with photograph (eg; passport/driving lisence) for applicant.

  3. 3You are required to submit a income verification issued publically.
  4. 4You are required to submit an employee verification letter.

for corporate contract

Tenant Guide

Payment of contract money

We will be sendng you a quoatation of contract money after screening the application, you are required to wire transfer the sum to our designated bank before the contarct commences.

  • * Cotract money is describeld in the quotation.
  • * Please keep the bank receipt as you wire transfer the sum.

Contract procedure

We will be sending you necessary document after screeing. Please submit one copy of lease contract at the reception as you move in, make sure personal seal and signature are given on them.

Necessary document

  1. 1Personal seal (corporation company seal if corporate contract)
  2. 2Tenant's ID copy with photograph (to identify the tanant)

Move in

Please visit the reception of said residence on arrival date (available 5:00~23:59 through the year). Please feel free to ask any help receprion during your stay.

Vacate Guide

Termination of lease contract

Please begin with prepation of moving out before the lease contract expires.

* If you want to terminate earlier than its expiration date, you are to submit a cancellation notice in writing (two weeks or one month prior). Please let us know first.

Vacation

Please switch off the light and air conditioner and lock the door before you move out on the final day. Please make sure nothing left in the room, please be noted that left over belongings may be chaged as tenant's expense.

Reimbursement of security depost

We will be reimbursing the security deposit to the tanant's designated bank account after vacation is completed. (Please be noted that any damages, losses or dirts caused by tenant is found, the cahrge is deducted of the security deposit.)
